Information Collection and Use:

General information (marketing information that belongs to services and offers) will be viewed to all internet surfers. While the personal information for any user types will be only used as it is collected for. Since Information will be used to book services and to contact you, information shall be entered correctly and kept update. Any use for any information rather than what is collected for is prohibited.

Reservation Orders:

When you book a reservation through our system, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out and submitting an online customer profile forms (if you are not already hjzcom.com member). This information includes: your name, telephone number, mobile number, fax number, email address, and your address. We use this information to process, book your reservation, to notify your service provider and notify you about your reservation status. If you register, we will use your email as a user name and you will have a password. You will have your bookings details in your Hjzcom account. 

Booking Confirmation

Booking confirmation would be provided right after full payment is completed 

Booking Cancelation

Hjzcom cancelation policy is allowed 10 days or more from the check in date. Cancelation would be as it is determined by service providers with less than 10 days from the check in date.

Member Registration:

You may book any service without registration; however, Hjzcom.com enables you to register an account with us to enjoy member’s advantages. To use Hjzcom.com, we require you to provide certain information and request that you provide other information at your discretion. If you do not provide us with the required information, you will not be entitled to use our service. The information we may require or request includes at least your name, address, telephone number, mobile number, fax number, email address, password, and password validation. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including: (1) personal identification; (2) to complete all bookings we provide these information to your booked service provider. Personal identification information will be sent to service provider. Any third party service provider may have other Terms, so must read them; (3) to allow us to contact you for customer service and to send you your bookings details with your invoices; and (4) to conduct research and to make product improvements to the services we offer on our website.

When you are registering, creating an account, or using without registration any of our services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You will have to use your current email ID as your user name since it will be used to contact and to communicate with you. It is your responsibilities to follow up and maintain your email security and continuity. Upon registration, you will create a password (security code to access your HjzCom.com account and any related pages for which registration is required). You are responsible for all actions resulting from accessing the Service via your password. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your password and the device that you use to access the Service. In the event that your password becomes exposed to any unauthorized party, you hereby agree to perform immediate action to change your password using the methods and tools on HjzCom.com.

Log Files:

Like most standard website servers we use log files that collect Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, date/time, and location on a page of clicks. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information we use this information for analyses to improve our products and services.

Established hjzcom.com members may occasionally receive information on products, services, and special deals about which they may be interested.

The goodwill of HjzCom.com is of great value to us, once you have completed your travel, you can provide us with valuable feedback on your travel experience, and you can give your rate to the service you had so it can help others costumers and help service providers improve their services.

Prohibited conduct

You will not provide nor transmit information or material which is obscene, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, racially or ethnically objectionable or otherwise illegal using HjzCom.com. You and/or any access to the content through your account are prohibited from:

§     Illegal or illegitimate purpose of using the site or anything available from the service or in breach of any applicable laws, statues, regulations, codes of practice or applicable customary rules.

Uploading, posting or otherwise transmit information or images that are: threatening, menacing, racist, offensive, in breach of confidence or otherwise illegal, tasteless, defamatory, indecent, or of obscene or pornographic nature,  infringing any other person’s intellectual property rights, including copyright, harassing, impersonating or otherwise violating the rights of others including the rights of privacy.

§     Hacking into, making excessive traffic demands, transmitting viruses, collecting and processing others' personal data; using the Service to spam others or send them junk mail, or to collect information about the members.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence of HjzCom or failure of HjzCom or any of its programs to operate as intended, shall HjzCom, its partners or affiliates, representatives, agents, its directors, employees, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from or arising out of access to, use, misuse or inability to use HjzCom.com or other HjzCom’s programs, provisions or failure to provide services by HjzCom, or from information available on or from HjzCom, including but not limited to damages sustained as a result of any viruses which may infect users' computer equipment. In the event of any such loss or damage, or if you are dissatisfied with HjzCom.com for any reason, you specifically agree that your only remedy is to terminate your access to and use of the HjzCom.com service. You agree to protect HjzCom from any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from customer stays at your property booked via the HjzCom.com, and from any misunderstandings resulting from the communication of prices or other information via the said system.

We use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Site is secured and accurate at the time of its inclusion, but your access to the site and any action you carry out on the basis of data or information you obtain from or via the site including but not limited to any transactions is carried out entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability for any losses that you may suffer as a result.
